Words of Appreciation
I got an award recently. It was special in many ways - first because they actually cared enough to give an award to someone who was going out the next day - second, because I really had a super time working in this project - third - because my favorite manager happened to sign the award certificate - hopefully a good luck charm for my (future) career.

Congrats...U dint have to censor the certificate...its something u own and possess all rights ;-)
